FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I START THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS?
Please review the information on our enrollment tab. If you are interested in pursuing enrollment and there is availability for your preferred class/s please fill out the Contact Us form and request an application.
CAN I SCHEDULE A VISIT?
Our Open House Tour is in February. You may add your child to the waitlist or interest form at any time. We are unable to offer tours or observations during class sessions.
ARE YOU A YEAR ROUND SCHOOL?
We offer year-round classes and highly recommend that families consider their enrollment as a commitment to a full year. Tuition is paid from September through June and is divided into ten equal payments with holidays and breaks taken into account. Payments are due each month no later than the 1st of the month. Summer Programming is offered to current families first and posted as it becomes available. See our calendar here. Summer Camps are offered to current families first and then available to new students mid February.

DO YOU CANCEL FOR WEATHER?
- Hot and Freezing Temperatures: We believe there is no bad weather, just inappropriate clothing choices! We have lots of layering recommendations to keep your student dry and warm in the chilly months, and provide plenty of shade, water play when it's warm out.

- High Winds and Lightning: Little Garden Staff monitor the weather throughout the day and keep our programming flexible so we can shift activities when needed and communicate with caretakers via text.

- Smoke/Air Quality: If the Air Quality Index is from 101 to 150 (Orange Level, or “Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups”) we will continue to hold programing, but adjust our activities toward less strenuous physical exertion. If the AQI reaches 151 or above (Red Level or “Unhealthy”), we will cancel programs. We will notify families via text regarding our decision by 7:30am (for AM classes/camps) or 9am (for PM classes/camps). Unfortunately, in line with our cancellation policy, we will be unable to reimburse families for any class or camp time cancelled due to weather or other natural occurrences. Occasionally, we may decided to try to hold programming, but will evaluate throughout the day. In this instance, families will be notified that they need to be prepared to pick up their students if we determine that conditions are deteriorating and it is in the best interest of the students to close camp for the day.
*We acknowledge and respect that families each have unique needs and levels of comfort, and we encourage families to make the attendance decisions that are right for them. If programming goes ahead as planned, we are not able to offer any refunds to families who choose not to attend.
DO YOU OFFER SIBLING DISCOUNTS?
Yes! We love accommodating families whether it's in the same class or between classes. 2nd & 3rd siblings receive a 10% tuition discount. If there is a difference in tuition amounts the discount is offered on the lower amount.
